We love to see our people grow. Most of our managers were promoted from other positions in our company. We believe that the most important investment we make is in training and developing our people. Our people live in the communities we serve and are active in the schools and churches there.
Company owner Paul Stagg has worked in the car wash industry for 20 years. He founded Arkansas Carwash Systems a company that built over 50 self-serve carwashes throughout the state of Arkansas. He then founded Boomerang Carwash a company that built and managed 25 exterior carwashes in Arkansas and the surrounding states. In 2009 he sold all of his interest in those companies to focus on Splash Investment Group and Clean Tech Ventures. Paul oversees new store development and making sure our wash technology is up to date.
Matt graduated from University of the Ozarks in 2005 with degrees in Accounting and Business Administration. He attended the University of Arkansas for his MBA in 2006. He worked for DD&F Consulting, a bank consulting firm in Little Rock, for 5 years prior to joining Splash in January 2014. Matt is responsible for all financial reporting and performance.
Director of Culture and People
Danie graduated from Arkansas State University in 2012 with a degree in Corporate Finance and obtained his MBA from John Brown University in 2016. Prior to joining splash in 2015 he worked for DD&F Consulting for 3 years. Danie oversees the recruitment and development of our team members and is responsible for maintaining the company culture at the store level.
Director of Operations
Garrett graduated from Ouachita Baptist in 2012 with a degree in Management. He worked for Wal-Mart for 3 years prior to coming to Splash in 2016. Garrett oversees operations for all of the stores and is responsible for supervising all staffing and training.
Natalie "Stagg" Tschepikow
Director of Marketing
Natalie graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2010 with a degree in Marketing. She has been working for Splash since she graduated and is now responsible for our marketing and special event planning.
Manager at JFK
Ben has managed our JFK location since 2009. Ben has an extensive background in customer service and has many automotive certifications.
Co-Manager at Rogers
Shea has been a manager at our Conway store since 2011 and has extensive automotive and car wash experience. He recently moved to Rogers to co-manage the location opening early spring.
Manager at Conway
Justin graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in 2014 with a degree in Finance and Management. He worked in Operations and New Store Development for Tacos 4 Life Grill for 3 years before joining the Splash team.
Manager at Benton
Summer worked in the restaurant industry for eight years, managing a restaurant three of the years prior to joining the Splash team. She has worked at Splash for 3 years as the assistant manager in North Little Rock, manager at the Rodney Parham location, and currently serves as the manager of the Benton location.
Director of Special Projects
Jeff graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2013 with a degree in Civil Engineering. Prior to joining Splash in 2017 he worked for Georgia Pacific for 3 years and Redstone Construction for a year. Jeff assists with the management of new store development and works on process improvements at the store level.
