Company owner, Paul Stagg, has worked in the carwash industry for 20 years. He founded Arkansas Carwash Systems in the 90's and then Boomerang Carwash, a company that built and managed 25 exterior carwashes in Arkansas and the surrounding states. In 2009, he sold all of his interest in those companies to focus on Splash Car Wash & Oil Change. Paul oversees new store development and ensures we are leading the way with cutting-edge technology and equipment.
Matt graduated from the University of the Ozarks in 2005 with degrees in Accounting and Business Administration. He attended the University of Arkansas for his MBA in 2006. He worked for DD&F Consulting, a bank consulting firm in Little Rock, for 5 years prior to joining Splash in January of 2014. Matt is responsible for all financial reporting and performance.
Director of Marketing
Justin graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in 2014 with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. He worked in Operations and New Store Development for Tacos 4 Life Grill for 3 years prior to joining the Splash team. Now, he leads our Marketing department, focusing on branding, social media, marketing strategy, customer care, and our company's sales performance.
Director of Special Projects
Jeff graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2013 with a degree in Civil Engineering. Prior to joining Splash is 2017, he worked for Georgia Pacific for 3 years, and Redstone Construction for a year. Jeff is responsible for overseeing new store development coordination, improvement projects, and leading our Service Team.
Director of Operations
Griffin graduated from Wheaton College, where he played football. After graduating, he was a high school English teacher in West Chicago for 5 years. He joined the Splash family in 2019 and is now responsible for leading and developing our Location Managers and ensuring operational excellence at all locations.
Director of People & Culture
Danie is originally from South Africa. He came to the US in 2008 on a rugby scholarship at Arkansas State University & received a degree in Corporate Finance and All-American honors in rugby. After that, he received a MBA from John Brown University. He is currently pursuing a Biblical Studies Master's degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. Danie worked for DD&F Consulting prior to joining Splash in 2015. In 2019, he left Splash to work in full-time ministry. He returned to Splash in 2020.
Natalie "Stagg" Tschepikow
Director of Human Resources
Natalie graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2010 with a degree in Marketing. She has been working for Splash since she graduated and is now responsible for leading our Human Resources department.
Ben joined the Splash family in 2009 and managed our JFK location until 2018. Ben has an extensive background in customer service and has many automotive certifications. Now, Ben leads in overseeing our Fleet Department, as well as focusing on our key customer relationships and acquiring new business.
