Justin grew up in Springdale, AR. He graduated with a business degree from Ouachita Baptist University in 2014, where he also served as the Student Body President. Prior to Splash, he worked for Tacos 4 Life as the Director of Operations and helped to build out the infrastructure needed for expansion. He joined the team in December of 2017 and was promoted to his current role in March of 2019. He is married to his wife, Kristen, and they have 3 kids under the age of 5.
