Kathryn is from Little Rock, AR. She attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She also obtained a master’s degree in Accounting and went on to become a licensed CPA. After several years of working in public accounting for two of “The Big Four,” Kathryn moved to the non-profit sector. After nearly 10 years of growing her career from Finance Manager to CFO, Kathryn joined the Splash team as CFO in April 2024. Kathryn and her husband, Brooks, have two boys, Jackson and William.
