Jacobie!!!! His service was a 10!!! I've been all around the U.S. and let me tell you this young man's personality was amazing and sooo friendly! He was Very knowledgeable about the products and services. He treated me like family! It was so refreshing to find a bright light and smile on a dull rainy day! The world could use a few more Jacobie's! He was so kind!

I had an excellent experience at this car wash! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, well-mannered, and professional. They took the time to answer my questions and clearly knew what they were doing, which made me feel confident leaving my vehicle in their care. The attention to detail was impressive—my car looked spotless, like it had just come off the showroom floor. It’s not often you find a place where great customer service and high-quality work come together so seamlessly. I have a lovely subscription to this car wash and I have to say it is the best car wash in Cabot. The staff is very friendly. The soap is always bubbly and smells really good. The vacuums work 99% of the time and as an added bonus, they have towels and cleaner for your windows in the interior of your car. I just hope this car wash doesn’t get ran down and turn into a dump.. Conway had a nice car wash on one of their main streets in downtown and it turned into a ghetto dump, thankfully someone bought it & is remodeling it.

I stopped here to get to vacuum my car and there was absolutely no power behind the suction in the first vacuum I grabbed. I thought maybe it was clogged and so I used a different one and same thing. Would take forever to vacuum out my car with the vacuums here! I went down the road to Rhyno and their vacuum was a 100x better! Stopped again and gave the vacuums another chance. Much better experience, I guess both of the vacuums that I tried previously were clogged.
