Garrett was born and raised in Bentonville, AR and graduated from Bentonville High School before going on to graduate from Ouachita Baptist University with a Bachelor’s Degree. After graduating, he worked as a Walmart Store Manager in Tennessee and Arkansas. Garrett joined the Splash team and served as the Director of Operations for 4 years before working a brief two year stint at Westrock Coffee in procurement and sales. He re-joined the Splash team in June 2021 and will be contributing on our Operations team as we gear up for growth! Garrett and his wife Whitney have three kids, Reese, Hays Leigh, and Knox.

Garrett works alongside Griffin, the Vice President of Operations, as well as the Location Managers to ensure operational excellence in our stores.
