Griffin grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas. He graduated from Wheaton College where he also played quarterback for the football team. After graduating from Wheaton, he worked as a high school English teacher in West Chicago for 5 years. After relocating to Arkansas, he joined the Splash family in 2019. He was originally hired as a Location Manager, but was promoted quickly to his current role.

Areas of Responsibility:

Focuses and oversees the Operations Support, Regional and Store Managers along with their teams, and Marketing teams on the 5 Pillars of Excellence, which include customer service, profitability, facility ownership, quality, and culture.
