Jeff grew up in Little Rock, AR. He graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2013 with a degree in Civil Engineering. Prior to joining Splash, he worked for 3 years as a Production Department Manager at Georgia Pacific and for 1 year as a Project Manager at Redstone Construction. He joined the Splash family in 2017. He is married to his wife, Erica.

Oversees new store development coordination, improvement projects at our existing locations, and leading our service team towards achieving operational excellence.
