Jeff grew up in Little Rock, AR. He graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2013 with a degree in Civil Engineering. Prior to joining Splash, he worked for 3 years as a Production Department Manager at Georgia Pacific and for one year as a Project Manager at Redstone Construction. He joined the Splash family in 2017 and worked in nearly every department before his current role as President. He is married to his wife, Erica, and is father to Henry and William.
