Natalie graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2009 with a degree in Marketing. She has been working for Splash since she graduated. Now, she lives in Northwest Arkansas and splits her time between being a mom & her responsibilities at Splash. She is married to her husband, Ben, and they have two boys.
